These rules govern participation in the Aletyx Money Vault promotion during MBA Annual 2026.
Open to individuals age 18 or older attending MBA Annual 2026. Aletyx employees and members of the event team administering the promotion are not eligible.
No purchase is necessary.
Submit the unique serial number printed on an original Aletyx bill through the official entry page and provide the requested registration information.
Each serial number may be submitted only once.
Each person may submit up to five different valid serial numbers.
Duplicate, incomplete, automated, altered or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.
Seven instant prizes are scheduled across the activation. Release times are selected in advance and are not disclosed. The first eligible entry received after an available release time will be identified as the potential winner.
A potential instant winner must show the winning screen and present the original bill bearing the registered serial number at Booth 908 within 10 minutes. If the entrant does not appear in time or cannot verify the original bill, the prize may be forfeited.
The grand-prize drawing will take place live on Monday, October 12, 2026 at 4:00 PM local event time at Booth 908. Eligible entries received before the drawing begins will be included.
The entrant must be present at the booth when the serial number is selected and must present the original registered bill. If the entrant is absent or the bill cannot be verified, another eligible serial number may be drawn. A confirmed grand-prize winner is not eligible to win the grand prize again.
Instant-prize winners are determined by the preselected release-time method described above. The grand-prize winner is selected at random from eligible registered serial numbers. Decisions made by Aletyx in administering and verifying entries are final.
Prizes are awarded as presented and are non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution is available, except that Aletyx may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Each participant is responsible for any taxes or costs associated with accepting a prize.
Registration information is used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility and contact participants as permitted. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Aletyx Privacy Policy. Marketing communications require the separate optional consent shown on the entry form.
Aletyx may disqualify entries involving fraud, tampering, abuse or failure to follow these rules. Aletyx may modify, suspend or end the promotion if technical failure, event disruption or another circumstance prevents fair administration.
